The courses cover a range of theoretical knowledge and technical laboratory skills.
The Certificate III course arms students with the knowledge and practical expertise to pursue a career as a technical assistant within a laboratory environment. The course can be used to pursue a career in a specialised field of modern science, including environmental science, government research, industry control laboratories, hospitals, pathology, medical laboratories and education technical support areas.
The length of the courses vary depending on the needs of individual students.
