The Engineers Certificate includes a review and certification for the following:
- Flow rate ratings; effluent quality; inlet quality
- Process flow diagram with mass balance and water balance
- Detailed piping and instrumentation diagram
- Mechanical equipment schedule and technical specifications
- Instrument technical specifications
- Plant layout and arrangement drawings
- Unit process arrangements drawing
- Control logic diagram/specification
- Pump curves and duty points
The Engineering Certificate will certify that the process is fit for purpose, or meets design specification/intent, and that the plant will achieve process outputs (flow and water quality based on design details).
