At Simmonds & Bristow, our vision is to provide:
Environmental solutions, bringing freedom and quality to life.
We achieve this through our people using science, engineering & technology, to create holistic, sustainable solutions.
We are committed to understanding your business and providing solutions for your problems.
Our business foundations are built on six core values:
- We uncompromisingly commit to quality;
- We never give up on people until they give up on themselves;
- We embrace compassionate and effective leadership at every level of the organisation;
- We continually enhance the effectiveness of our people, business and industry;
- We commit to providing an equitable reward to all;
- We expect and encourage a balanced lifestyle.
How we deliver quality service to our clients:
- Scientific Sales & Support team. Your allocated client manager will ensure your work is completed on time, within budget and to your quality expectations.
- Quality system accreditation. We hold third-party certification by both the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) and Benchmark.
- Independent third-party audits. Our audit results, quality control data and client feedback are freely available upon request.
- Ongoing training for all staff. From professional engineers to lab technicians, all staff are required to participate in ongoing training.
- Telephone helpline. We encourage clients to discuss results of tests and reports. In times of crisis we provide an out-of-hours contact service through our helpline.
- Speak directly with our professionals. You don't need to make special arrangements, between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
- Client Feedback. Regular and pro-active client feedback is conducted by independent third-party surveys. We encourage all feedback, both positive and negative. Gaining an understanding of what it is our clients require allows us to improve and test our service delivery.
- And when things go wrong - we ask you to inform us immediately and we will promptly correct the error at no cost to you, even if it means doing the work again, including any sampling work you may have done.
