With a simple half day audit our water industry experts will identify the tweaks your system needs to run optimally and save you money.
New tradewaste charges are in the pipeline or are already in place in Tasmania. Depending on the category of your system you may already be paying to discharge tradewaste to sewer. If not, the final pricing comes into effect halfway through 2012.
This audit is designed to provide you with a cost-effective means of determining the current state of your plant(s) (if any) and ensure that they either comply now, or will comply with the regulations and any licensing requirements under which you operate.
If you don’t comply yet, don’t worry! We will look at the costs (CAPEX & OPEX) comparison between a “do-nothing” approach and installing the “best-fit pre-treatment” system and provide you with the findings.
The steps involved in performing this audit will be:
- Our engineer or scientist will review the regulations and historical data that you/we have regarding your site's performance.
- Our engineer or scientist will visit the site, take photographs, samples if required, interview your staff and review your operation manuals and procedures. They will discuss their observations briefly with you or your delegate while on site.
- The samples where required will be sent to a NATA accredited laboratory for testing
- They will then review their findings, await any test results and then provide you with recommendations as to what actions you need to take to ensure that your plant(s) remain compliant.
You will need to provide historical data and information regarding your regulations, guidelines and licenses under which you operate to us before we can commence work.
This proposal does not include any other testing, design or procurement work. Where there may be sampling required, we recommend two samples per waste stream. One sample is of the influent, the other of the effluent.
If there are any problems with what we have defined here, please get back to us. If it accurately reflects your requirement please fill in the acceptance sheet and provide us with a purchase order.
