All about EASI Sample

What is EASI sample?

EASI sample is Simmonds & Bristow's routine monitoring solution for your samplers. We pick the sample containers you need based on your testing requirements. We then pre-label them with your sample point names, package them appropriately and bag them into separate sample bags. This allows you, in the field, to grab your sample bag and go - knowing you have everything you need.

It doesn't stop there.

We also pre-print your Chain of Custody.

Our samplers use this system, and compared to performing these tasks manually, they have saved on average 10 minutes per sample point in the field, and more again upon submission to the laboratory.

All you have to do is write the date and time of sampling and sign the Chain of Custody to confirm your tests.

Its simple, its better.

How do I get started?

You can start by calling us or send us an email asking about using our EASI sample system.

We will ask you the following questions regarding your sampling program;

  • Are you sampling against a licence? If you send us a copy we can ensure your testing is being done against this.
  • Would you like us to sample for you or will you sample yourself?
  • Do you have a list of the tests you require?
  • Do you have specific limits that you need to adhere to? If you let us know these in advance we can ensure your testing regime is relevant.
  • How many samples and what are their Sample Point names or descriptions?
  • How frequently do you need to sample and is there a preference to the timing? (i.e 1st Monday of the month or 3rd Friday, etc)
  • Do you require an interpretive report or process review once your results have been completed?

If you have the answers to these ready we will be able to assist you all the more quickly!

If in doubt try us out!. We are more than happy to show you our kits, if you would like a demonstration please contact us.
